Religion in Medieval Scandinavia and its Portrayal in CK3
Scandinavia christianized mainly between the two starting dates 867 and 1066 in Crusader Kings 3. At the latter date, there are only remnants of Norse Paganism left. We will discuss Christianisation, the Asatru faith in the game, as well as the interesting situation of Erik the Heathen, who encapsulates the tense religious situation of high medieval Sweden.
