MESUJI - Two fugitive theft suspects were arrested by the Tekab 308 Criminal Investigation Unit of the Simpang Pematang Police, Mesuji. The two suspects, Candra (36 years old) and Junaidi (48 years old), are residents of Menang Raya Village, Pedamaran District, Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI), South Sumatra. The Head of the Simpang Pematang Police Criminal Investigation Unit, First Inspector Bambang, representing the Simpang Pematang Police Chief, AKP Agung Ferdika, explained that the arrests were backed up by the Tekab 308 Team of the Mesuji Police. The two suspects were apprehended in OKI waters. However, one suspect, Candra, resisted arrest at his residence. Consequently, the police took firm, measured action.
