I grew up on the internet in the early 2000s, before algorithms decided what you saw.I grew up on the internet in the early 2000s, before algorithms decided what you saw. Badger Badger Badger, Sneezing Panda, Salad Fingers. These things are hardwired into my brain and I have no idea what to do about that. So I carved them into lino blocks and printed them. The process was hand relief printing using lino cutting tools, a brayer roller, and water based ink on a variety of paper. Each design was sketched, transferred to lino, carved by hand, inked with a roller, and printed using a baren. Two separate designs, put together across multiple sessions over a few days.
