2 year old tears towel bar out of drywall. Here's how to fix the mess and re-support it

So, my 2 year old decided to play Ninja Warrior on our towel bar. She tore the end with drywall anchors out of the wall. In this quick video I'll show you a neat trick for adding a 2x4 support brace where it's needed in the wall. This would work for anything that needs support behind the drywall such as a cabinet mount, TV bracket, large mirror support, or anything heavy that needs to be hung on drywall and a stud is not where it needs to be for easy anchoring.
