A warm-up consists of ordered exercises for all muscles and joints, the purpose of which is to prepare the body for physical activity and sports, so that it can perform adequately and avoid sports injuries. General Objective: Students will implement a warm-up routine as part of sports injury prevention and within the context of physical activity. Prerequisites or Prior Knowledge: Appropriate athletic clothing (t-shirt, sneakers, shorts). Maintain good posture. Do not warm up only one muscle group. Practice proper breathing. Basic Warm-up Structure: initial phase, development phase, and final phase. Initial phase: Joint movements Development phase: Basic muscle flexion and elasticity Final phase: General active movement, various displacements.
