My journey into teaching this kind of mathematics began outside the classroom. After nearly two decades working with ERP systems across finance, supply chain, inventory, sales, HR, and payroll, I discovered something profound: although these fields look different, they are all driven by the same invisible engine called mathematics. Mathematics is what balances accounts, tracks inventory movement, manages payroll calculations, supports HR analytics, drives software logic, and connects systems together. Yet many students learn mathematics only to pass exams, without ever seeing how it powers the real world. That realization changed how I teach. I now focus on helping people see mathematics not just as formulas, but as the language behind technology, systems, and real-world problem solving. My goal is to bridge the gap between academic mathematics and the mathematics that runs the world.
