After unplugging recently I realized that I was a dopamine junkie. Checking my phone every few minutes for notifications while doing other activities like playing video games or watching TV. So, I decided to do some research on digital detox. I immediately started implementing what I learned which Is what I share in this video and some ways to fill that time with more productive activities.
