Route: Yongning MRT Station Exit 2 → Chengtian Road → Zhongyi Road → Shibiliao Creek Boardwalk → Shangtong Trail → Jincheng Tongji Pavilion → Nantianmu Road → Chengtian Road → Chengtian Chan Temple → Shengtian Temple → Shibiliao Creek Boardwalk → Shangying Trail → Longquan Road → Tianshangshan Trail → Wangyue Pavilion → Guanyue Pavilion → Tianshangshan → Bianhuashan → Wangyue Pavilion → Sanliban → Zhangkenghu Road → De'an Temple → Shimen Neijianshan East Peak → Shimen Neijianshan → Shiba Luohan Rock → Chengfushan → Shande Temple → Changshoushan → Yiyuan Temple → Yuhuang Temple Archway → Jieshou Road Section 3 → Changshoushan MRT Station This hiking trip will be the "Tianchang Longitudinal Trail," which, as the name suggests, is from "Tianshangshan" to "Changshoushan," and is also the first section of the 10th section of the Taipei skyline. Previously, this route was difficult to reach by public transportation due to the remote and inconvenient location of the Changshoushan trailhead. However, the opening of the Sanying MRT Line has made it much more convenient, as the trailhead is located diagonally opposite the Changshoushan MRT station. This is a route accessible by MRT. The recommended route is to take the Bannan Line to Yongning Station, then take the Sanying Line to Changshou Station to complete the hike. This flexible arrangement allows for easy combination with other transportation options. The first half of the route is the well-planned Tianshan Trail, featuring a riverside boardwalk and a firefly viewing route, making it a pleasant and family-friendly option. At noon, you can rest at De'an Temple, where hot water and a shop selling instant noodles and beer are available. The route from De'an Temple to Changshoushan becomes more challenging, involving primitive mountain paths and climbing nearly 90-degree rock faces.
