This build is extremely strong in both PvE and PvP, due to its very high DPS and the ability to break the target’s defense very often. You can stagger boss enemies constantly in PvE, and the same applies for PvP, where you also gain a lot of Tenacity while casting your skills, meaning you will rarely get interrupted. Seeing a Boss enemy get absolutely destroyed without even being able to fight back is pretty satisfying.
