Weekly workouts 🔒 This is what a full week of training looks like for me right now. Running an upper lower split, mixing in some athletic work and cardio in between. I saw a post that said "the goal is to get stronger than the runners and faster than the lifters" and that pretty much sums it up for me💡 Nothing overcomplicated, just what’s been working for me and the program I put together for myself that I've been enjoying doing in the gym. I take you through each day, give a few tips along the way, and show how I’m structuring things right now.
