Moxie Gyarados Sweep

Strat: Swoobat sets up Tailwind so it and Gyarados can outspeed most Pokemon. It then uses Endeavor after surviving a hit with Focus Sash to drop the opponents health to 1. This allows Gyarados to safely KO the opponent with Scale Shot to increase speed and get the attack boost from Moxie. Swoobat has Taunt to prevent Status and Psychic in case the opponent opens with a Ghost type, in which case this is the only way to deal damage. Waterium Z can be given to Gyarados in National Dex to potentially land an unexpected KO.
