We’ve had a lot of people ask what it’s actually like living in our 1963 Airstream on our off-grid land in Montana… so today, we’re giving you the full tour. In this episode, we walk through our entire setup: the outside of the Airstream, the deck, outdoor shower, fire pit area, pizza oven setup, and then head inside to show how we’ve made this tiny vintage trailer work as our temporary home while we begin building on our 20 acres. It’s not perfect. It’s not fancy. And it’s definitely still a work in progress. But somehow, with a few creative fixes, a lot of trial and error, and a handful of things we genuinely love — like our Superkop espresso machine — this little Airstream has started to feel like home. In this episode: Full 1963 Airstream exterior tour Our off-grid outdoor living setup The deck, outdoor shower, and fire pit area Inside the Airstream What we’ve changed so far How we cook, make coffee, and live day to day Some of our favorite items that make off-grid life easier What still needs work We’re learning as we go, building slowly, and trying to create a life that feels simple, sustainable, and stabilizing — even if it starts in a 60-year-old aluminum trailer.
