Crockpot Meatball Stroganoff 😋 Easy, Delicious everyone can do it 🫠

Hello family and friends 🤗, today we're going to try crockpot meatball stroganoff! I've never tried it, so let's try it together 😉 Let's get started.. Ingredients: 26 oz bag of frozen meatballs, 1 carton of beef broth(chicken is fine),1 onion sliced, 1 heaping TBSP of minced garlic, 2 packets of brown gravy, mushrooms(optional) Begin by adding 3 TBSP of butter to your skillet and add the onions. We're going to occasionally stir these. We are caramelized them. In the meantime, go ahead and add your bag of meatballs to your crockpot, add your liquid, and add the 2 brown gravy packets. Give all of that a good stir. Continue to stir your onions. I had to add a little more butter. Once it's practically done, add the minced garlic and let that cook for about 45 seconds. Now remove from heat and add in the crockpot. Give it all one more good stir. Add your lid and let it cook 4 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low. About a half hour before it's done, add 3 TBSP of cornstarch and TBSP of water and mix well, then add to the crockpot and stir well. Allow a half hour. The cornstarch slurry really makes this gravy the right thickness. I made egg noodles and mashed potatoes. You can serve the meatballs and gravy mix right on top of the noodles or your mashed potatoes. I think next time I'll just do the mashed potatoes. But it's amazing!
