Netflix's Avatar Is Bad Fanfiction

I love Avatar: The Last Airbender. The show is pretty close to perfect, and I consider it some of the best western animation ever made. I have watched through all three seasons multiple times over, but nothing prepared me for Netflix's second season of the live action adaptation. This show is one of the worst pieces of entertainment I have seen in a while. As a stand alone show, Netflix's Avatar: The Last Airbender is just plain boring. You could literally use most of the episodes as a cure for insomnia. As an adaptation, Netflix's Avatar might be one of the most frustrating experiences I've had in a while. At least since I gave up trying Adi Shankar's Devil May Cry. This is worst for me. At least Adi Shankar's troll based writing is intentional. Netflix's Avatar feels as though someone told Chat GPT to summarize the cartoon's second season while adding in the Painted Lady episode. Yes.
