SANTÉ | L'alimentation de l'âne

Hello everyone! Today, I'm back with a topic as interesting as it is essential for happy donkey owners: nutrition! What do our long-eared donkeys eat? Grass, hay, pellets? How much? I'll try to answer all these questions :) I sincerely hope you enjoy this video, and above all, that it helps you! And a big thank you to everyone who contributed to this video by sending me photos! :) See you soon for a new video, dear donkeys, big kisses! We are two sisters, Anne (the brunette), born in 1992, and Victoire (the blonde), born in 1990, and we live in Chantilly, in the Oise department (60). We started riding horses at the ages of 4 and 6, but we never felt at home in an equestrian center. On the one hand, we are frankly "hippie" riders with a natural approach to horsemanship, and on the other, we are more passionate about donkeys than horses. We stopped riding in clubs when we became owners. In 2021, we founded the Association Ânes Victoires! An association that promotes and values donkeys, provides animal outreach, and raises awareness about ecology. Anne has owned: Since December 2003, Gribouille, an ONC donkey with Normandy donkey type, estimated to be from 2000, measuring 1.35m, and since February 2018, Gudrun des Collines, known as Good, an ONC donkey with Andalusian donkey type, born on June 7, 2016, measuring 1.50m. Victoire has owned: Since 2003, Pépita, an ONC donkey with Cotentin donkey type, born on February 5, 2003, measuring 1.05m, and since August 2016, Dix de Cœur, a retired thoroughbred born on February 18, 2013, measuring 1.75m. We were also the proud owners for five years of Callaghan d'Auteuil, a retired trotter and later a huntsman. We rescued him from the slaughterhouse and took him into retirement. He passed away on May 19, 2016. We shoot our videos with a Canon EOS 1100D, a Sony Alpha 3000, a GoPro Hero, and a DJI Phantom 3 Standard drone. We edit them with Final Cut Pro X.
