For the dough, in a bowl, place the eggs, essence, and sugar and beat with an electric mixer until creamy (beat for 8 minutes). 2. Now, fold in the sifted flour, folding in three times to remove the air. 3. Pour the dough into a greased and floured 24cm springform pan. 4. To bake, bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes.
