FRIGHT NIGHT Reunion Panel – NJHC August 2023

Fright Night actors William Ragsdale, Chris Sarandon, Amanda Bearse, Dorothy Fielding, Stephen Geoffreys, and Jonathan Stark gave a panel at New Jersey Horror Con August 2023 to talk about their experiences, careers, and answer fan questions. Please note that due to the SAG/AFTRA strike, these actors were unable to address specific characters, roles, or projects. William Ragsdale played Charley Brewster in Fright Night and is also known for his roles in Herman’s Head, Justified, Search Party, Younger, Renfield, Mistresses, Necessary Roughness, Road House 2: Last Call, Brother’s Keeper, Grosse Point, Judging Amy, Ellen, and many more. Chris Sarandon portrayed Jerry Dandrige in Fright Night but is also well known for his roles in The Nightmare Before Christmas, The Princess Bride, Child’s Play, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2012 series), Chicago Hope, Slaves of New York, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Terminal Justice, Felicity, and many more. Amanda Bearse is well known for her role as Amy Peterson in the 1985 film Fright Night. She is also known for her roles in Married… with Children, All My Children, Nikki, Hotel, Fraternity Vacation, Likely Suspects, Here Comes the Munsters, Smothered, Anger Management, and Sky Sharks. She is also an accomplished director, having directed Skirtchasers, and episodes of Jessie, The Big Gay Sketch Show, MADtv, Dharma & Greg, Reba, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, The Jamie Foxx Show, and The Tom Show among others. She directed 31 episodes of Married… with Children as well. Dorothy Fielding portrayed Judy Brewster in Fright Night and is also known for St. Elsewhere, Melrose Place, Generations, Remington Steele, The Doctors, One in a Million, and more. Stephen Geoffreys was Evil Ed in Fright Night and is also known for roles in At Close Range, Moon 44, 976-EVIL, Check Point, The Day of the Living Dead, Mr. Hush, Heaven Help Us, and many more. Jonathan Stark played Billy Cole in Fright Night and is also known for his roles in House II: The Second Story, Moonlighting, Cheers, and more.
