Songs written by Trevor Rabin and Duncan Faure. Much of this footage my brother Bill Faure gave Carte Blanche, whom along with Louis Moller started Carte Blanche in S. Africa. Other footage is from the Duncan Faure documentary, "Better Than Ever". The live footage is owned and brilliantly produced by Gordon Roberts who's given us his blessing.
