Hello On this occasion, we are sharing problems that arose during the preliminary hearing related to the civil party. Problems: 1. The civil party does not submit a request within 10 days of being notified of the prosecutor's charges. 2. The civil party requests that the arguments presented to be recognized as a civil party be considered during the preliminary hearing. 3. The resolution of these problems is not regulated.
