FRONZ 50th Celebrations - 20th-22nd June 2025 (4K)

Beginning our coverage of the FRONZ 50th Celebrations, held in Palmerston North over Matariki Weekend, we chase Steam Incorporated's The Celebrations Express from Paekakariki to Palmerston North. Footage shows final preparations made to the excursion as well as a selection of shots at various points on the North Island Main Trunk between Paekakariki and Palmerston North, before transitioning into the Grand Cavalcade held at Palmerston North Station. We later see the Mountain Thunder as it passes through town, bound for Palmerston North and, eventually, Taumarunui.
