EZGO Golf Cart Rear Differential Fluid Change (DIY-EZGO Differential Service Tutorial)

In today's video, I walk through how to change the rear differential fluid on an EZGO electric golf cart — and yes, there’s a little comedy mixed in because nothing ever goes quite as planned in my garage. We start off cleaning the differential cover (plus a few mystery dents), fighting with my Hollyland mic that apparently needs therapy, and then pulling out my “totally used all the time” body hammers that are somehow still wrapped in plastic. I go through removing the old RTV, straightening the cover, laying down a fresh bead of Dynatex RTV silicone, torquing the ten half-inch bolts to the Google-recommended 25–30 ft-lbs, and refilling the diff with full synthetic 5W-30. If it leaks… blame Google, not me. We finish by topping off the fluid, installing the plug, and wrapping up the job.
