How To: Porsche 911 Engine Mount Test and Replacement

A step by step video documenting the replacement of the engine mounts in my Porsche Carrera 4S. Overall this isn't a very difficult project, but I ran into a few issues you can avoid. First - order a replacement set of nuts as well. Mine were corroded and difficult to remove. Second - before trying to break the 18mm nuts loose, squirt them with some penetrating oil (I used some garage door lubricant) and let them sit a few minutes. This will make your life MUCH easier. I could have edited the video down a bit more and glossed over the trouble spots I ran into, but I decided to leave them in for entertainment purposes and because I felt it captures the true nature of the project a bit better.
