The braised pig brain and crab sticks were also solid, with a strong Sichuan flavor. The pig brain was as tender as tofu, and the crab sticks had a natural sweetness. However, a sincere reminder: be sure to finish them while they're hot, otherwise, the surface oil will slightly solidify when the air conditioner blows on them, diminishing the flavor. 單休打工人暴雨預警都不能居家辦公已經夠心酸了，明天週六還要繼續上班，淚流成河 只好化悲憤為食慾了，今天選擇的目的地是三元橋地鐵站附近的川菜館子 這家的跳水蛙，真的是我近期最驚豔的一頓！ 入口就是鋪天蓋地的麻香辣意。最妙的要數裡面那幾塊黃瓜：頭一輪吃，脆生生地帶著嚼勁，配冰啤酒簡直是天作之合；等它多泡一會兒，吸滿紅油湯汁，變得綿軟入味，再扒拉兩口米飯，誰能扛得住啊！ 冒腦花和蟹棒也穩得很，川味底子紮實。腦花嫩得像豆腐腦，蟹棒帶著天然的鮮甜感。不過真心提醒一句：一定要趁熱掃光，不然空調一吹，表面那層油脂微微凝住，風味就打了折扣。
