Hey welcome to my channel, I’m Sian and I was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome. I am 24 and I started this YouTube channel to document my life with half a heart. In today’s video we had a heat wave in England and so we spent a lot of time in water; we went paddle boarding, played in the river and I watched the whole twilight saga series.
