Moving to Pattaya Ep. 2 In this episode we continue our search for a new condo home in preparation for our move to Pattaya. We will pickup right where we left off by visiting the Grand Avenue Residence in Central Pattaya. The location puts you in easy walking distance to shopping malls, entertainment and public transportation, in addition to providing an oasis type garden environment right in the heart of Pattaya. I have nik named it "The Oasis of Soi Buakhao" for these reasons. After looking at 3 units there, we head over to The Base and checkout a more traditional tower type condo also in a prime Central Pattaya location right on Second Road.
