STUDENT LOAN SCHEME: Gov’t expands plan to embrace continuing students
The Higher Education Students’ Financing Board says they have a budget of six billion shillings that will facilitate the learning of a new cohort of 1,500 on loan scheme. The board has also introduced loan financing for continuing students in their final year.
