Safety Planning with Domestic Violence Survivors: Core Concepts
Join us for a conversation about the guiding principles and core concepts of safety planning with DV survivors. Safety planning is one of the foundations for meaningful survivor-centered advocacy. We’ll take a look at the theory behind safety planning and how to do it well in real life, building on the research of Jill Davies and Eleanor Lyon and what advocates in WA state have told us about what works best. This webinar is helpful for anyone who works closely with DV survivors, particularly new advocates and those looking for a refreshed perspective on a classic advocacy technique.
