LA RECIPE: The dough: 2 cups of flour + 3/4 cup of water + 2 pinches of salt The filling: Create your favorite filling. Here, I mixed 2 large handfuls of textured vegetable protein (TVP) with 1 large carrot and 2 onions, which I blended and sautéed for 10 minutes in oil with 1 teaspoon of Chinese spice mix.
