I tried connecting four Hollyland Lark Max 2 transmitters to one receiver—live, on the spot—to see if we could capture four separate channels on both the Sony FX2 and FX6. The FX6, however, can capture 4 separate channels using a single XLR splitter cable, giving you full control over each mic in post. Internal recording on each mic works as a backup, so you’re always covered.
