One of the staple dishes in Meghalaya, this recipe is made using our vibrant and potent Lakadong turmeric, which is basically the star of this recipe 🤗 This recipe is a common sight in almost all Khasi and Jaintia families in Meghalaya and is considered to be a tradition that has been passed down through centuries 🥰 When it comes to making this particular recipe, everyone has their own unique styles and variations, which makes this particular dish even more versatile and sought after.
