Shivlilamrut Adhyay 3 is in Marathi. It is from Skandha Purana, Brahmottar Khanda which is in Sanskrit. This Adhyay starts with a story of King Mitrasaha who was cursed by Vasistha Rishi. According to the curse the king became Demon for twelve years. In the life as a demon, he killed a brahmin and was again cursed by the Brahmin's wife. So even after 12 years of becoming as a king, the sin of Brahma hatya was unbearable and was very hard to be washed away. However as advised by Goutam Muni he become free from all his sin including the sin of Brahma hatya, by surrendering to God Shiva at Kshetra Gokarn Mahabaleshwar.
