I made each one with 3 cups of water, refrigerated them until set, and then cut them into squares. ✨ How I Hydrated the Gelatin I used 2 packets of unflavored gelatin (7 g each). 🥄 In a bowl, I added: 💧 1 cup of cold water I gradually sprinkled the gelatin over the water and let it sit for a few minutes to hydrate completely. Once it was fluffy, I placed it in a double boiler until it dissolved completely and became liquid, without any lumps. 🥛 For the milk mixture: ✨ 1 can of Carnation Clavel Evaporated Milk ✨ 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk ✨ 1 can of table cream ✨ A splash of vanilla extract ✨ The gelatin, previously hydrated and dissolved I mixed everything very well and poured it over the flavored gelatin squares. ❄️ Finally, I refrigerated the gelatin for several hours, until it set completely. 💖 And that's it! A delicious mosaic gelatin, creamy, colorful, and perfect for sharing with the family.
