The film beautifully depicts how an otherwise simple, quiet mother—who is normally terrified of common house lizards and cockroaches—transforms into a fierce, formidable force when a crisis befalls her daughter. It is the inspiring journey of a 'Mardini' who challenges the entire system to protect her daughter. The film's tagline, "Aai Taari Tila Kon Maari" (The one protected by a mother cannot be harmed by anyone), perfectly captures the core essence of the movie. Prarthana Behere, who is usually seen in glamorous or romantic roles, will be portraying a 'de-glam' and exceptionally dashing mother as the main protagonist. The role of her daughter in the film is played by the popular child artist Mayra Vaikul.
