With over a decade of experience in the ecological restoration industry, Keith has held diverse roles, including field technician, crew foreman, field superintendent, and project manager. His career has allowed him to contribute to award-winning natural area projects across Chicagoland, Southern Wisconsin, Northwest Indiana, and Southwest Michigan. Keith has worked with a broad range of clients, including forest preserve districts, municipalities, private landowners, homeowners associations, corporations, commercial properties, and conservation groups. His extensive field experience gives him a deep understanding of how to execute successful restoration projects and select the perfect native plants for every situation. In 2018, Keith began growing native plants at home from seed as a hobby, refining his expertise with each passing season. By 2022, he was selling his plants to the public at farmers' markets in Chicago’s western suburbs, sharing his passion for native plants with the community.
