Kalaripayattu, is one of the oldest forms of martial arts, originating from Kerala, India. Meenakshi feels Kalaripayattu strengthens not only your body, but your mind as well, and is extremely useful for women in situations of danger. She feels blessed to have a family who are supportive of her practice.
