How to beat Elder Gongsun EASY (Legend Difficulty) - Where Winds Meet

Elder Gongsun can be a little overwhelming if you're not used to ARPGs but he's actually pretty easy. 1. Bait his palm, fist string - This string pattern is slower, has lesser attacks and has a parry ender. By bait, I meant doing a hit then pull back, see which string he throws out. If he starts with a push and then sits down, that's what you want. PARRY this if you can since parrying does take his Endurance bar. You can dodge too, of course, the process just takes longer. Once you've parried his red skill attack, jump in and do 2-4 hits before pulling back (depending on your weapon choice). 2. DO NOT engage his kick attack string, UNLESS you're a parry god - This string is too long and can easily overwhelm you. A couple kicks from this string can immediately put you in Exhausted. Simply pull back, dodge every now and then, and then do 3-4 quick hits after the string ends. 3. Don't be too greedy or he'll use the frog stance a lot - Simply back up when he does this. It has high damage and can easily Exhaust you. If he leaps up and down, just pull back and dodge if he gets too close. If he manages to blind you, count to about three before you dodge, as he'll do a leap attack. You can parry this, of course, but if you're blinded then it becomes more difficult. 4. Rest your exhaust and stamina bars as soon as leaps around the arena (standing on the platforms). Just time your dodge and throw a quick 3-4 hits. 5. Make sure that you don't deplete your stamina especially when he's doing the kick strings or you'll get wrecked. 6. Old Gongsun will not attack as long as you don't. If you need to recharge your exhaust bar then just stand around. He will only attack when you attempt to land a hit on him. 7. Rinse and repeat. Leave a like and subscribe!
