Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) for Additive Manufacturing

This video offers a brief introduction to Hot Isostatic Pressing Technology (HIP) technology and equipment. Apart from this brief introduction, our R&D Project Manager, Rubén García explains the multiple advantages of HIP post process on AM parts and the main synergies with the different AM techniques. During the presentation he showcases how Hiperbaric HIP equipment raises the standard operating pressure of 2000 bar, introducing also different fast cooling technologies that optimize the performance of HIPped AM components.
