We hiked into the unknown... Then met strangers

Episode 7 of our epic walk across Sicily! In this jam packed episode we awake in the beautiful mountain pastures of the Madonie national park, we spent the night camping next to an ancient church and cows grazing around us. We take off into the hills and come to soon realise that this is the most amazing day yet, the views, the mountains, the wildlife and the trees are all incredible! After slowly walking through the mountains we come across a lovely group of locals hiking a small part of the trail for the day, we join them for coffee and cake and return back to Castlebouno with them. That night we catch up with Antonio (a fellow hiker) and sleep in the local van parking with our tent. Crack a cold drink, put your feet up and enjoy! Thanks for all the support we love ya's!!!
