Black & White Photography with my Fujifilm X-T5 - Here is what I learned

Black and white photography is easy… or at least that’s what I thought. Last weekend in Manchester I decided to commit fully to shooting black and white on my Fujifilm X-T5. No switching back to colour halfway through. No “just in case” edits. Just one full day, 26,000 steps, and a black and white film simulation. Manchester gave me rain, grey skies and muted streets. Normally I’d wait for better light. Instead, I changed how I looked at the city. Black and white photography isn’t easier than colour. But it forces you to see differently. And that completely changed the weekend for me.
