Case Details The PSP issued 34 decisions refusing entry to third-country nationals. The main reason was the lack of corroboration of the stated purpose (studies) and means of subsistence compatible with the stay. In one of the cases, after reassessment and submission of supplementary documentation, the decision was reversed, and the student was allowed to enter Portugal. Next Steps for Students 1. Request reassessment of the decision with the appropriate authorities. 2. Attach higher education enrollment contracts, proof of housing, and sufficient financial means. 3.
