Making lamb (mutton) curry and loki or calabash - another delicious option with loki!

Hi all We got a medium loki (calabash) when we were out shopping on Friday and we decided to make a lovely mutton (lamb) curry with loki. The loki adds thickness to the gravy and also brings a natural sweet flavour to the meat! Give this one a try! Ingredients 1 kg lamb meat Marinate with: 2 tbs oil 1 tsp crushed ginger and garlic 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce 1 tbs steak and chops spice 1 tsp BBQ spice 1 med loki/calabash 1 med onion, diced 1/3 cup oil 2 tomatoes, grated 2 tbs mixed masala 1 tsp pure chillie powder 1 tsp dhania jeera powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp hurdee (tumeric) 1 tsp crushed ginger and garlic cinnamon stick 1 tsp rough salt, adjust to taste curry leaves fresh thyme 2 bay leaves dhania to garnish Serve with rice and dhal with salad.
