I gently heat the butter and milk in a pot. I pour the dry ingredients into a bowl, add the butter and milk, and the egg. I mix everything together using a food processor and let the dough rest for about an hour. After that time, I shape it into any shape, such as croissants or buns, add a filling, such as poppy seed paste, jam, chocolate, etc., brush with egg wash, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
