In this video, we’re taking you with us on an EPIC BACKPACKING TRIP to one of our favourite places in British Columbia: Vancouver Island!! The island is FULL of HIDDEN GEMS and not many people know about the most epic mountain ranges found here. We’re hiking and camping at Triple Peak in-between Port Alberni and Tofino. This route takes you scrambling and climbing up the side of a waterfall, beside exposed cliffs and to one of the most pristine alpine lakes I’ve EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. We finally make it to our camp infront of the mountain and beside the lake for the night and enjoy our time swimming, relaxing in the sun and backcountry cooking. *** Triple Peak is an expert level hike, do NOT attempt if you are not an experienced hiker who is confident with scrambling.
