Holding the pool edge in a bow stall, push your hands against it and move your hips back to push the boat out of the water. As it is about to bounce back up stop the movement and come back to bow stall. 1:10 2. Holding the pool edge in a bow stall, push your bow down into the water standing up. As it is about to bounce back up stop the movement and come back to a bow stall. 1:37 3. Move along the pool edge trying to rock the boat up and down moving the boat sideways then stopping in a balanced position. Wear a helmet! 2:07 4. Paddle forwards, do a bow stall and try to control your balance by moving your paddle towards and away from the boat, balancing it with leaning forward or leaning back and standing up in your boat. 2:34 5. Practice rocking the boat up and down by pushing yourself out of the water using your paddle. 03:02 6. Practice rocking the boat up and down by pushing your feet in and hips out of the water rather than doing it by the paddle. Try to keep your paddle at similar level close to the surface. 3:29 7. Practice your loop from the bank. 3:44 8. Accelerate and make the first part of a double pump a sweep stroke. It should move you sideways and get you on your bow perpendicular to the direction you have bee n heading. However having the momentum from your acceleration before, will be forcing you forwards over the bow. Once you are on your bow put the second blade in the water and straight away pull on both blades remembering to keep them in the water. Jump forwards to get a quick low loop. It is better to do a flat water loop from a bow stall but it requires good bow stall control and the ability to bounce the boat from that position. 4:21 9. While bow stalling, push your hands hard against the surface and move your hips to the back to push the boat out of the water. When it comes back , lean back slightly and continue with the previous looping steps. 4:50 10. To get a clean loop, you need to first achieve a big aerial loop and instead of going backward at the second phase, stay in the front, pushing hard with your body forward. Keep paddle near your chest. IG: @loveitliveit.co.uk @bartoszczauderna FB: www.facebook.com/bartosz.czauderna
