Power Cycle: There are multiple ways to reset your device if you are experiencing an issue. The first is to perform a Power Cycle. To turn the device off, press and hold the Power/Back Hang-Up button, navigate to and highlight "Power Off". Then press the OK button. To turn the device back on, press and hold the Power/Back Hang-Up button. The device will take a moment to power on. Restart: If a Power Cycle doesn't fix the issue, try performing a device restart. To restart the device, press and hold the Power/Back Hang-Up button, navigate to and highlight "Restart". Then press the OK button. The device will take a moment to restart. Factory Reset: A factory reset will erase all information on the device and return it to factory default settings. It will permanently erase all personal data, preferences, settings, and content that is saved to the device. It is recommended that you backup important data before proceeding. The device must also be charged to at least to perform a factory data reset. From the Home screen, press the OK button to access the Apps tray. Navigate to and highlight the Settings app. Then press the OK button. Navigate to the Device tab, then press the OK button to select "Device Information". Press the Down button until "Factory Reset" is highlighted, then press the OK button. Press the Right Menu button to select "RESET". The device will take a moment to reset. Alternate Factory Reset: If you are unable to perform the standard factory data reset, try the alternate reset method. With the device powered off, press and hold the Power/Back Hang-Up and Volume Up buttons simultaneously for approximately seconds until the KaiOS Recovery Screen appears. Press the Volume Down button until "Wipe data/factory reset" is highlighted, then press the Power/Back Hang-Up button to select. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes". Then press the Power/Back Hang-Up button to select. When the KaiOS Recovery screen displays again, ensure that "Reboot system now" is highlighted, then press the Power/Back Hang-Up button to select. ♪AT&T jingle♪
