But after visiting the site, technically it's way closer to Cyberjaya which is a good thing because everything the family needs is a merely 10 mins drive away. From early childhood centers all the way to university, it's all there. Due to the nature of business for the location of Puchong back then, this area is just surrounded with lakes. In fact, some of the residents of Senai gets lake view as the background of their homes. Personally I enjoyed the project a lot, especially the innovative approach of the block concept. This further blurs the lines between a conventional landed and highrise apartments. I like the dedicated carpark space that are shaded, which resolves that common dispute between neighbours. But the unit starts from first floor as GF is used as the carpark and this might be a different experience compared to the expectation of that usual landed home. Also, all internal walls can be adjusted based on the requirement of the owner. But I wished that the space between homes on 1st floor could be a layer of common area for kids or garden, that will be even more exciting. Since this is a strata project, that means the project comes with a clubhouse that's equipped with swimming pool, gym, and other facilities. But only with strata title, such innovative design can take place. The only concern is such design might not be for everyone. Well there are always other alternatives within the project such as the other types B and C where the layout is more conventional.
