Makeup Verzuz: KVD Beauty Lock It Foundation vs. Good Apple Foundation | Niara Alexis

Hey hey! It’s been a while since I’ve done a verzuz here but I knew I had to once I got my hand on these two foundations. Good Apple literally broke the internet a few weeks ago creating a frenzy with this insane coverage. But what about their OG Lock It Foundation? First, there’s no question both are full coverage. Lock It is a matte formula while Good Apple has more of a dewy finish. For packaging I def prefer Good Apple compact because it’s easier to travel with and carry for touch ups. Both of these cost about $40 but Lock It actually gives you almost double the product than Good Apple so keep that in mind. I tested oil as well and like I knew Good Apple gave crazy oil whole Lock It had a little bit but not as much. Overall I’m going to go with the Lock It Foundation for a few reasons. I love the formula and how it sits on the skin. Also if I’m going to spend $40 I want to get the most product I can. I wear shade deep 77 warm in the Lock It Foundation & shade tan 76 in Good Apple.
