The RSM 2400 all-wheel drive articulated tractor is a modernized version of the well-known RSM 2375 tractor, which has already been appreciated by many agricultural producers. The first and perhaps most important difference between this tractor and its prototype is the engine. It is equipped with an inline 6-cylinder, turbocharged Cummins QSM11 diesel engine, producing a nominal engine power of 405 hp and a maximum of 433 hp. The second difference is the hydraulic system performance. It utilizes a closed-center HIFLOW hydraulic system with load response control and a pump capacity of 230 l/min. The RSM 2400 tractor will enter serial production in 2019. It will be manufactured at the ROSTSELMASH facility in Rostov-on-Don. It will be available under federal and regional subsidy programs.
