Prayer Tie Basics | NATIVE AMERICAN CAREER CENTER | Cultural Education Series

Hi, everyone! This is a video describing what prayer ties are; a demonstration of how to tie them; and a few other tidbits about their purpose and how they are used. This is the FIRST video in NATIVE AMERICAN CAREER CENTER's Cultural Education Series. It is meant for the general public. DISCLAIMER: I am of adult age in the United States and can legally purchase tobacco for personal use. Tobacco is a sacrament of the traditional Native American religion(s) and is used ceremonially in this video. This video does not demonstrate tobacco consumption; nor does it advocate the recreational use of tobacco. Underage viewers and those who do not wish to use tobacco in prayer are advised to use other herbs, such as rosemary, sage, lavender, rose petals, chaparral, sweetgrass, and so on. I also did not mention the ceremonial use of CEDAR, which is another sacred herb in traditional Native American religion(s). As stated in the video, you can always send me an email at [email protected] For more content, stay tuned; as the mind-shapers, manipulators, and music makers say.
