This is the third installment of our headwaters camping and fishing trip. The theme is "Targeting large char in small, overgrown streams." In spring, the plants are still short, but as summer approaches, they grow, transforming the river into one so densely covered with vegetation that the water surface is barely visible. However, even such rivers, if you venture upstream to areas inaccessible on a day trip, change dramatically, becoming a paradise for char.
